  • Standard delivery usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch within India.

  • Remote or hill areas may require extra time for delivery.

  • During festivals or national holidays, slight delays may occur.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping on selected items or promotional orders.

  • Additional charges may apply for large or fragile decorative items or live plants that require special packaging.

5. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Tea and food products are sealed for freshness.

  • Fragile décor items and plants are wrapped in protective packaging for safe handling.

6. Delays or Failed Deliveries

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be charged to the buyer.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Please take clear photos or an unboxing video before opening.
