1. Tea & Edible Products

Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, tea, green tea, or any edible items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.
We do not accept returns or cancellations for any tea products unless the item delivered is incorrect.
If you receive a wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photo proof.

2. Himachali Topis & Shawls

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
To qualify for a return:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.
No returns or refunds will be accepted for color variation, size preferences, or minor handmade imperfections.

3. Decorative Items & Plants

All decorative products and live plants are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.
These products are delicate and perishable, so we are unable to accept returns due to damage caused after delivery or environmental factors.

• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.

• Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during purchase.

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your refund has been processed.
