Shipping & Returns Policy

At Just Himachal Things, we deliver authentic Himachali products including Kangra black tea, Kangra green tea, Himachali décor, resin jewelry with real flowers, and traditional gifts across India with secure packaging to ensure safe delivery.
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day after payment confirmation.
Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days after dispatch within India. Remote or hill areas may require additional time, and slight delays may occur during festivals or national holidays.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected products, while extra charges can apply for large, fragile décor items or plants requiring special packaging.
Once shipped, customers receive a tracking link via email or SMS to track their order easily through the courier’s website.
If a parcel arrives damaged, customers must share clear photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours at justhimaachalthings@gmail.com. Reshipping charges may apply for incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts. Currently, we ship within India only; for bulk or international orders, please contact us before purchase.

Tea, green tea, and all edible products are non-returnable and non-cancellable after delivery due to hygiene and food safety standards. Returns are accepted only if a wrong product is delivered.
Himachali topis and shawls are eligible for return only if found defective or damaged. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns are not accepted for color variation, size preference, or minor handmade imperfections, as these are handmade products.
Decorative items and live plants are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery due to their fragile and perishable nature. Damage caused after delivery or environmental conditions is not covered.
Resin art jewelry, including jewelry with real flowers, is non-returnable once purchased. Exchange is allowed only if the item is damaged during transit.
If a return or exchange is approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original payment method. Confirmation will be shared via email or SMS.
Important Note: Any issue regarding wrong, defective, or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or unboxing video proof at 📧 justhimaachalthings@gmail.com, along with your order number and reason for request.
